Read, save and share results safely
Generated files and browser downloads have their own storage rules.
Use the format provided for your authorized delivery channel. A sponsor browser may download a file to the device; the Android companion itself does not maintain a resident-document vault or an encrypted journal backup.
A downloaded PDF, image, DOCX, HTML or TXT file is not automatically encrypted by Outside Access. Store and share it only in locations appropriate for its contents. A chosen cloud provider has its own account and privacy rules.
Removing a browser download, uninstalling the companion or signing out does not remove a previously sent message, server record, recipient copy or third-party copy.
If an attachment does not open, keep its reference and describe the file type and error to support. Do not include private message contents unless support specifically needs them through an appropriate channel.
