Privacy policy
Full privacy policy for the Android companion and online service.
Effective September 7, 2026. Operator: Auto Secure Login (AutoSecureLogin.com). This policy covers the Outside Access Android companion and the separate online sponsor and resident-support service. Contact support@autosecurelogin.com for privacy requests.
The Android companion. The Android companion does not accept Securus credentials, sponsor passwords, resident messages, payment details, precise location, contacts, photos, microphone input, or advertising identifiers. It checks the public service-health endpoint and opens Outside Access pages in the device’s system browser. The health request may generate ordinary security logs such as the request time, IP address, and user-agent value.
Information the service handles. Sponsor account and authentication information, including email address and a securely hashed password. Resident association information needed to route requests to the correct authorized conversation. Requests, responses, delivery records, stamp accounting, and generated files needed to provide and audit the service. Verified email addresses or phone numbers for approved external delivery and operational alerts. Credit balance, append-only credit ledger entries, and payment-provider references. Outside Access does not store full payment-card numbers. Security, reliability, and audit records needed to prevent duplicate or uncertain delivery.
How information is used. Information is used to authenticate sponsors, associate authorized residents, classify and fulfill requests, deliver results, reserve and account for credits and Securus stamps, prevent duplicate sends or duplicate credit grants, investigate failures, and protect the service from misuse.
Service providers. Outside Access uses service providers only as needed to operate the requested workflow. These may include Securus for resident communication, OpenAI or the ASL AI Hub for classification and content work, Stripe for one-time credit purchases, Twilio through the shared ASL SMS gateway for consented delivery or operational alerts, and DigitalOcean for hosting. Each provider handles information under its own terms and privacy practices.
Text messaging and mobile data. Phone numbers and SMS consent information are used only to deliver the messages described in our Terms and to honor opt-outs. We do not sell your personal information. No mobile information or SMS opt-in and consent data is shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with our messaging provider (Twilio) as needed to send the specific message you or a resident requested, and Twilio processes it under its own terms. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help.
Access boundaries. Outside Access researches public information. It does not bypass private accounts, CAPTCHA, MFA, paywalls, or access controls. External email and SMS delivery is limited to verified contacts, and uncertain identity or delivery state stops for review.
Retention and protection. Information is retained only while reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain delivery and billing records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect against duplicate or fraudulent activity. Sensitive service configuration is kept outside the application source. Access is limited, network transport uses HTTPS, and uncertain automation fails closed.
Your choices. Sponsors may request access, correction, or deletion of account information, subject to records that must be retained for security, billing, legal, or delivery-integrity reasons. Verified contacts may withdraw consent or opt out of external delivery. Closing an account does not require deleting records that must be preserved to prevent a duplicate Securus send.
Children. The Android companion and sponsor service are not directed to children under 13, and Outside Access does not knowingly create sponsor accounts for children under 13.
Changes and contact. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. For privacy questions or requests, use the support page or email support@autosecurelogin.com.
Current service features. Public-page captures, generated answer images, credit summaries and special-review requests may create additional request, file, review and delivery records within the categories above. AI-generated content can be inaccurate. The Android bundled help searches locally; the companion sends its public health request and opens system-browser pages, where account cookies and service processing apply.
Account deletion and data requests. Visit https://outsideaccess.autosecurelogin.com/delete-account for instructions that do not require signing in. Send the request from the account email; support verifies identity and explains applicable retention for billing, security, law and delivery-integrity records. Do not send passwords, PINs or one-time codes. Uninstalling does not erase online accounts or third-party copies.
Public online help, clarification September 7, 2026. The website assistant sends your question to the shared ASL Help Engine to search public Outside Access guidance and return cited text. It cannot access your account, balance or messages and does not make purchases or deliveries. Do not include personal information or secrets. The assistant audit does not retain question or answer text; limited security and service metadata may be retained. Searching the guide bundled in Android remains local.
