Terms of use
Full terms for companion use, credits, requests and delivery.
Effective September 7, 2026. These terms apply to the Outside Access Android companion and separate online service operated by Auto Secure Login. Use the service only when you can accept these terms and meet the applicable account and institutional requirements.
Authorized use. You may use Outside Access only with accounts, conversations, residents, contacts, and information you are authorized to access. You are responsible for maintaining accurate sponsor and resident associations and protecting your sign-in information.
Service boundaries. Outside Access supports public-information research, document preparation, and authorized delivery. It does not bypass private pages, CAPTCHA, MFA, paywalls, institutional restrictions, or other access controls. It is not a law firm, medical provider, emergency service, or substitute for professional advice.
Delivery and stamps. Securus delivery depends on third-party availability, institutional rules, account status, and stamp balances. Outside Access stops when identity, selectors, stamp cost, or delivery status is uncertain. Estimated delivery time is not guaranteed. A send that may have succeeded is not automatically repeated.
External contacts. Email and SMS content may be sent only to contacts whose destination and consent have been verified. Recipients may opt out. You may not use the service for spam, harassment, deception, unlawful surveillance, or prohibited content.
Text messaging (SMS). Outside Access sends one-way SMS on behalf of residents: invitations to join and add credits for a resident, and messages a resident asks us to relay to a verified contact. Each text identifies the resident and this service. The sending number is not monitored and does not receive replies. Message frequency varies with resident activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time; for help, reply HELP or contact support@autosecurelogin.com. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Credits and payment. The Android app is free to install. Stripe processes one-time web purchases of fixed, non-expiring service credits. Credit prices and grants are shown before checkout and are controlled by the Outside Access server. Completed work and successful Securus delivery consume the disclosed number of credits. Failed work releases reserved credits. Refunds or disputes may place an account in billing review so previously consumed credits are not silently rewritten.
Availability and changes. The service may be paused for security, maintenance, provider outages, policy compliance, or uncertain automation. Features may change as the service moves through internal testing. Material changes to these terms will be posted here with a revised effective date.

Generated results and review. Review research, drafts, page captures and generated images for accuracy, source context and suitability. A special request enters review and is not a promise to perform an unsupported action. An asset reference, a remaining-credit header or a healthy service status is not evidence of successful delivery. No legal filing, third-party contact or payment is authorized merely by generating a draft.
Your files and account. Protect downloaded files and browser sessions. Exports are not automatically encrypted. You may request account deletion or access through /delete-account or support@autosecurelogin.com, subject to necessary billing, security, legal and delivery-integrity retention. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected. Outside Access is independent of and not endorsed by Securus Technologies.
