Know the limits before relying on a result
Availability, access and professional advice have clear boundaries.
Outside Access assists with public research, drafting and authorized delivery. It is not emergency assistance, legal representation, medical care or a guarantee that an institution will accept a document.
The service does not bypass private accounts, paywalls, CAPTCHA, MFA, facility restrictions or other controls. Use only accounts, residents, sources and destinations you are authorized to access.
A feature can be paused or unavailable because of provider capability, policy, review, credits or delivery state. An unsupported request must not be counted as completed, and an unverified delivery must not be counted as received.
For immediate danger use the appropriate local emergency or institutional procedure. For an app problem, record the app version, approximate time, visible status and non-sensitive reference, then contact support.
