Read and refresh service status
A successful health check is not a delivery receipt.
The status card checks whether the public Outside Access website and database report availability. Tap Refresh to check again after changing networks or returning from an outage.
A green service result does not prove that a resident is approved, a provider is available, enough stamps exist, or a particular request was sent. Use the request and delivery record for that workflow.
If the phone is offline or the secure connection fails, the app shows an unavailable result. Reconnect and try Refresh. Never disable certificate checks or install an unknown certificate to make the status turn green.
While service access is unavailable, open this bundled help center. The Android companion does not silently queue sponsor purchases or resident messages for later transmission.
