Choose language, larger text and help search
Help is available in English and Spanish, including offline.
Use Search help topics to search article titles and full text. Enter several relevant words, or clear the search when no topics match. Opening an article and returning to all topics keeps the search context.
Android’s larger-font setting and screen reader can be used with the app. Scroll to reach controls on smaller screens. The bundled guide keeps navigation available through rotation and returning from an article.
Choose English or Español in the app to change its screens and bundled offline guide. Website links carry that language; the website also has its own language switcher. The resident’s stored preference is separate. Changing the language does not translate previously downloaded files or automatically change a resident’s saved preference.
If a browser action cannot open, install or enable a trusted browser and try again. Do not use an untrusted website that imitates Outside Access. Reading this guide does not require sponsor sign-in.
