Resident requests

Write a clear request and handle clarification

One request with the needed details is easier to fulfill safely.

Use the authorized resident messaging conversation and describe one task clearly. Include the relevant topic, date, place, public URL or preferred document format, without account passwords or sensitive information that is unnecessary.

A resident can request HELP to receive the welcome guide again. The service supports English and Spanish request handling; choose the resident’s language during sponsor setup and state a language preference clearly.

A request may be held for clarification, unsupported content, insufficient assigned credits, provider availability or review. A pending or held request is not a successful delivery.

Do not repeatedly send the same request when its status is uncertain. Keep its reference and contact support if needed. The service must reconcile a possibly successful send before deciding whether a retry is safe.
