Submit a special request for review
A review request is not approval to perform an unsupported action.
Explain what you need and why existing request types do not cover it. Supply enough non-sensitive context for a reviewer to understand the intended task.
Special requests enter a review workflow. Acknowledgment, queue placement or a review charge does not guarantee acceptance, completion, a price quote or delivery of the requested result.
Requests still have to follow authorization, institutional, content and provider limits. Human review cannot authorize an access-control bypass or a recipient who has not consented.
Keep the request reference and wait for a clear response or request for clarification. Do not send repeated requests to try to bypass a held decision.
