Understand credits, allocations and charges
The app is free; service credits are separate one-time purchases.
The Android companion is free to install. The website offers fixed one-time packs of non-expiring Outside Access credits through Stripe. These are service credits, not a recurring subscription or a donation.
Review the current pack, currency, price and recipient before paying. The server determines the grant. Credit packs, resident allocations, reserved credits and Securus stamps are different quantities.
Work and delivery can have separate credit costs. Review current pricing and your credit ledger. Reserved credits may be unavailable while work is pending; failed work releases its reservation according to the workflow.
If checkout or a balance looks wrong, record the displayed reference and contact support once. Do not keep paying to force a balance refresh. Refunds and disputes require billing review and do not silently rewrite completed ledger entries.
