Provide the exact public HTTPS page and a clear purpose.
Include the public page URL you want captured. If the URL is missing, the request needs clarification before the service can choose the intended page.
A screenshot is a view of a page at the time of capture, not a certified record or a promise that the page remains accurate. Private accounts, access controls and paywalls are not bypassed.
A page may block capture, depend on a login, be unavailable or contain content unsuitable for delivery. A failed or held capture must not be described as successful.
Review current screenshot and delivery costs. Keep the request reference if the wrong public page was captured, and request a correction through support instead of submitting repeated uncertain sends.
